Edward Lloyd Trust is a local not for profit organisation which has been providing support to people with a learning disability and autism in their own homes and in the community to build and sustain valued personal relationships, to become more independent, to contribute to and part of their local communities, to have control over their support and to plan and make choices for the future since 1988. We are focused on supporting people to have a good life.
The people we support are at the heart of everything that we do. We are committed to person centred support and all staff are trained in Active Support which is designed to make sure that people who need support have the chance to be fully involved in their lives and receive the right range and level of support to be successful.
We are committed to working in partnership with families, friends and staff and to continually learning and improvement. We respect and value each individual and create opportunities for everyone to achieve their potential – people we support and our staff.
